The Pharmaceutical Plant Company Pty Ltd (trading as “PPC Herbs”) will be closed on the following days over the Christmas and New Year period:
CLOSING from 12 noon Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDST) on Thursday December 23rd, 2021
RE-OPENING at 9.00am on Tuesday January 4th, 2022
During this period we will occasionally check emails and telephone messages but will not process any orders that are placed over this period (either by telephone, email or through our web-site) until we return in 2022.
FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE CHRISTMAS
For orders that are required prior to our closing on December 23rd, the cut-off time for placing these orders is Wednesday December 15th at 2.00pm. Please note that this timing only allows us to be certain to dispatch orders before Christmas. It does NOT include the delivery time.
We cannot control the time taken for products to be delivered to you. We use a number of different delivery companies (Mainfreight, Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT and Fastaway) based on shipment size, pricing and available delivery windows. We would suggest you order products at least two weeks before you need them to have a high likelihood they will be delivered in time, in what will be an extremely chaotic period. If you live in WA, NT or remote or regional areas, please consider this fact as well and allow 2-3 days extra.
