Sarah Rejman, founder of The Plaster House in Tanzania, couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Ten years ago she started a surgical rehabilitation facility in Tanzania that rehabilitates children with disabilities or life changing injuries so they can re-enter their local community as accepted members.
