Ingredients

Each 1 mL contains liquid extracts:
Black Walnut seed husk (green), Juglans nigra 670 microlitres, equiv. fresh 670mg
Wormwood leaf, Artemisia absinthium 230 microlitres, equiv. dry 115mg
Clove flower bud, Syzygium aromaticum 100 microlitres, equiv. dry 20mg

Dosage

Dosage:
To be taken before meals undiluted, or in water, fruit juice or other fluids and consumed immediately.

Adults:  Week 1: Take 10 drops 3 times a day.
Week 2: Take 20 drops 3 times a day.
Week 3 and for a maintenance dose: Take 30 drops 3 times a week. eg 30 drops on Monday, 30 drops on Wednesday and 30 drops on Friday.

Children (3 years and older):
Week 1:  Take 2-5 drops 3 times a day.
Week 2:  Take 4-10 drops 3 times a day.
Week 3 and for a maintenance dose:  Take 6-15 drops 3 times a week.

Note: 10 drops is approximately 0.5mL and 20 drops is approximately 1.0mL
